Overview
As an Analyst on Home Chef’s HR team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function by creating data-driven insights, tools, and processes to enhance the performance and experience of our company’s most important asset: our people. You will be responsible for analyzing large data sets, implementing best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that positively impact employee performance, talent acquisition, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Labor Planning & Forecasting
- Own the development of novel approaches to improve talent acquisition at our production facilities through data-driven insights
- Build robust and actionable tools/models and supporting processes to unlock value in the HR function (e.g. temp agency scorecard)
- Understand current business needs, developing and presenting labor demand forecasting
- Serve as SME on business volume and labor impacts throughout the year
Drive HR impact with advanced analytics, insights, and value creation
- Develop dashboards to monitor and analyze people data, performance, and optimization opportunities
- Create and maintain comprehensive reports on key HR metrics
- Utilize HR data to generate actionable insights and trends
Other Duties as Assigned
- Assist in the development of a positive candidate experience
- Support advancement of Home Chef People Team policies and procedures
- Provide recruiting support as needed (e.g. job fairs)
Qualifications

- 2+ years of professional experience
- Self-starter, eager to learn, collaborative, and seeking to gain valuable hands-on experience
- Intellectually curious and data-driven, with a strong interest in the food/CPG industry
- Results driven, active problem solver with a natural desire to get things done
- Professional communication and relationship building skills, ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and external partners
- Strong aptitude in conducting analyses using tools including Excel, Google Sheets, ATS systems (e.g. iCIMS), and Looker
Salary Range: $68,000 - $75,000
