Our Tempo menu includes options that are protein-packed, fiber-rich, calorie and carb conscious, keto-friendly, and dietitian-approved.

Executes the day to day responsibilities involved in developing meals and menus, evaluating meal and menu performance, and performing ad hoc analyses to support overall menu strategy.

Detailed Responsibilities

Support the development of new menus

  • Aid in menu setting by managing meal banks
  • Execute on detail oriented work by inputting meal information into internal systems
  • Organize documentation for R&D inputs (including cost and nutritional limitations)
  • Review menus to ensure information is accurate before it is visible to customers; collaborate with cross-functional teams to update information as necessary
  • Cross-functional project management

Conduct analyses to support menu strategy

  • Assist in reviewing KPIs for meals and menus, including analyzing results and distilling into actionable insights
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support long term menu goals and influence strategy
  • Build tools and dashboards to support menu processes

Collaborate to develop “Extras” menu

  • Execute on detail oriented work by inputting Extras information into internal system, ensuring information is accurate for the menu
  • Effectively communicate menu details to cross-functional teams

Support the development of new meals

  • Support weekly sampling of new meals in development, providing chefs with actionable feedback to improve meal quality
  • Review new meal information to ensure alignment with cost and nutritional guardrails

Support the weekly meal review and changes process

  • Review customer ratings and comments for weekly assigned meals
  • Assist in facilitating conversation regarding suggested changes for future meal runs
  • Effectively communicate details regarding meal and menu changes to cross-functional teams

This position may require up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a four-year program such as a Bachelor’s degree is desired
  • 1-2 years of previous work experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem solver able to identify issues quickly and bring recommended solutions backed by logic for discussion
  • Critical thinker with experience in analyzing data
  • Strong communicator with ability to provide clear and concise feedback
  • Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to taste and provide thorough feedback on every meal and ingredient sampled in the kitchen, including vegetarian, pork, chicken, steak, and seafood meals, as well as meals with dairy and added sugar
