Material Bank is actively helping brands establish and grow their market presence in new regions, including North America, Europe, and Japan. By featuring brands on its platform and providing members easy access to sample products, Material Bank allows brands to expand into new markets with minimal risk and limited start-up costs. As European Brand Partners join the Material Bank North America (’MBNA’) platform, they have expressed interest in receiving support related to lead management and sales follow-up. Material Bank is seeking a Director of International Product Sales responsible for leading sales support efforts of European Brands present on MBNA. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination, communication, and relationship management between MBNA members and the European brands they sample from. The ideal candidate is a highly experienced industry representative who can effectively conduct lead follow-up and nurturing, and specification management, for our global Brand Partners from France,Germany, Great Britain, Italy, and Spain. This role with require a leader who is customer-centric and champions Material Bank’s commitment to providing its Brand Partners and Members with exceptional service. To excel in this new business initiative, we seek a candidate with a willingness to dive deep and relentless determination to drive results. This role presents a unique opportunity to influence the future of Material Bank, while also fostering lasting partnerships within the constantly evolving landscape of global commerce.

What you'll Do:

  • Implement proactive lead follow-up processes to maximize conversion rates and ensure timely and
  • effective follow-up.
  • Build and nurture relationships with European brands, understanding their unique needs and products, allowing MBNA to provide tailored solutions.
  • Support and nurture member relationships throughout each step of the discovery and buying process, assisting with questions and serving as a subject matter expert.
  • Maintain a detailed sales pipeline to ensure visibility to Brand Partners on potential sales and to track ROI.
  • Work with Brand Partners to establish, track, and achieve desired sales pipeline targets.
  • Build and train a lean team of International Product Sales Representatives focused on providing Brand Partners and Members with an exceptional experience and driving results.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

What you'll Bring:

  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership in A&D industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to represent the brand effectively.
  • Strong sales skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with European brands and understanding their market entry challenges.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
