About The Role
The Senior Retention Marketer is responsible for analyzing and optimizing Proxima retention segment performance for paying clients. They will serve as the bridge between our data and media strategy teams to optimize our client’s performance and maximize the impact of our solution on performance in our client’s customer LTV.

What You'll Do

  • Fully responsible for the day to day optimizations for email and SMS campaigns utilizing Proxima retention segments.
  • Manage day to day communications on campaign performance and tactical optimizations with assigned clients.
  • Report on campaign performance to the commercial team for assigned clients
  • Collaborate with Proxima’s senior growth marketing consultants on delivering optimal performance for assigned clients
  • Communicate with the Product and Data Science teams to provide feedback and insight on audience strategies
  • Guide the larger Proxima team on best practices and new developments in retention marketing across all platforms our clients use

What You Need

  • 5+ years of full-lifecycle retention marketing
  • 5+ years email marketing experience
  • 2+ year SMS retention marketing experience
  • Experience operating within Klayvio
  • Experience operative within Attentive
  • Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Preference for NYC based applicants although not a requirement
  • Commitment is 10-15 hours per week.
