About The Role
The Senior Account Manager at Proxima will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve and maximize their ROI with exceptional support and guidance. The ideal candidate has extensive Account Management experience developing and growing Accounts that prioritizes client retention, client contract renewals and revenue expansion. They will use their expertise in data analysis, interpretation of Paid Social best practices and recommendations to measure the effectiveness of our performance against client goals.
This person will be responsible for developing and implementing Account Strategies utilizing their commercial business acumen and understanding of the Paid Social advertising space. They will also work closely with the Sales Team and Media Buying counterparts to identify opportunities for growth and expansion with existing clients. What You'll Do

  • Build and manage relationships with clients while balancing Paid Social advertising needs/performance and quarterly revenue goals
  • Ownership of the commercial relationship with clients with prioritization of client contract renewals, client retention and revenue expansion
  • Develop and implement targeted audience building strategies to increase the quality and quantity of high-intent leads for clients
  • Analyze and interpret data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of performance and adjust strategies as needed
  • Work closely with Media Buying & Sales Teams to create holistic Campaign Strategies across acquisition, retention and remarketing goals
  • Measure the success of campaigns using metrics such as CPA, CAC, ROI & ROAS
  • Ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion with existing clients
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to clients on campaign performance, ROI, and other relevant metrics
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business goals
  • Manage and lead projects, collaborate with cross -functional teams, and maintain an exceptional and supportive relationship with clients.

What We Need

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Paid Media and analytics
  • Previous experience in Marketing/Media Agency or Social Publisher or Social Marketing Partner
  • Strong understanding of Google and Meta analytics, including experience with Meta Ads Manager, and Meta Analytics; experience with additional Social Publishers welcome
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to provide actionable insights for clients
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth through digital marketing solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and Client Management experience needed
  • Process driven, project management skills and cross functional teams experience a plus
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience managing paid media performance across B2C/D2C client accounts
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field required
  • Base salary range for this role is $80,000-$120,000 including bonus
  • Candidates based in NYC preferred
