Proxima is the Conversion Intelligence platform for ecommerce. Powered by a proprietary Commerce Graph spanning 73M+ buyers across 2,000+ ecommerce brands, we help teams understand what actually drives conversion across the broader market, and turn those signals into clear creative direction.

Our data is deterministic (real names, emails, and addresses from actual orders, not inferred from sessions), granular (full SKU-level receipt data), and point-in-time (timestamped history that enables recency scoring and ML without look-ahead bias). Headquartered in New York City, we're a team of operators, builders, and ecommerce veterans solving the hardest problems in modern customer acquisition.

About Proxima

Most companies spend years trying to understand their customers. We already know them. Proxima is a data intelligence platform built on a proprietary, real-time database of over 70 million anonymized shopper personas and growing. We give B2C businesses the AI-powered intelligence they need to acquire customers profitably, retain them efficiently, and operate smarter at scale.

We're on a mission to put institutional-grade data intelligence within reach of every brand — not just the giants. Profitable growth starts with better data, and we've built the engine to prove it.

About The Role

As an Account Manager at Proxima, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve and maximize their ROI through outstanding support and strategic guidance. • Deliver regular reporting and updates to clients on campaign performance and ROI

  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their business goals

  • Manage and lead projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintain exceptional, supportive client relationships

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Marketing/Media Agency, Social Publisher, or as a Social Marketing Partner

  • Strong knowledge of Google and Meta analytics, including hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Analytics; experience with additional social publishers is a plus

  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable client insights

  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and driving business growth through digital marketing solutions
