Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Account Executive, Enterprise, who is passionate about helping businesses implement innovation that will help manage their assets and teams better. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be instrumental in driving business revenue, refining our selling process, and shaping our future product for our government vertical. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a growth mindset who thrives working in a fast-paced, scaling work environment.
What You’ll Achieve (Responsibilities/Tasks):
Personally drive $750K+ in net revenue ($1.75M in gross revenue) over the first fiscal year
Leverage your domain expertise to help strategize enterprise sales playbook: identifying key stakeholders, relationship management, understanding contract lifecycles, and how to cross-sell new services
Develop new relationships through outbound sales campaigns (email and calling) on a weekly basis
Lead meetings with decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and bring all the right people into the conversation.
Own (and report on) key pipeline progression activities including intro presentations, product demos, pricing proposals, and contracting/negotiation.
Understand and own all details regarding technical product’s core features and capabilities
Regularly present updates and provide reports on new opportunities, pipeline activity, and KPIs
Skills You’ll Need To Bring:
4-5+ years of successful full cycle sales at B2B software selling to enterprise and mid-market clients
A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles - consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals
Organized, detail-oriented
A very strong communicator
