Overview:
We are seeking a driven Product Manager who is passionate about building innovative solutions for our government and enterprise customers. Reporting to the C-Suite, you will play a crucial role in defining product strategy, managing the product roadmap, and working cross-functionally to deliver features that enhance our fleet management platform. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
What You’ll Achieve (Responsibilities/Tasks):
Develop deep product system knowledge, collaborating with engineers to identify and implement improvements.
Own and communicate product roadmap, aligning initiatives with business objectives and growth targets.
Lead the development of new products and features, incorporating feedback to drive business growth and market expansion.
Utilize data insights to prioritize roadmap items, ensuring alignment with market needs and long-term strategy.
Engage with customers to understand needs, translating insights into valuable product features and enhancements.
Streamline team operations, fostering collaboration to drive productivity and support agile development methodologies.
Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and synergy across departments.
Skills You’ll Need To Bring:
5+ years of product management experience with a focus on technical product development.
Technical background with at least 2 years of engineering experience prior to transitioning to product management.
Fluency in data analysis to drive product decisions, synthesizing customer insights and business needs independently.
Experience building products for both end customers and internal teams.
Previous startup experience, having shipped high-quality products and features end-to-end.
