Are you an experienced Dental Assistant with a passion for patient-centered care? Join our collaborative, team-oriented practice, where you’ll play a key role in supporting full mouth rehabilitations and surgical procedures.

Job Details

  • Type: Full-Time (Open to 2 Part-Time Assistants)
  • Schedule: Flexible for the right candidate
  • First Patient: 7:00 AM (Flexible depending on the day)
  • Daily Huddle: 6:45 AM
  • Work Week: Typically Monday – Thursday (1/2 day)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Prosthodontist and general dentist, experience with cosmetic and full mouth rehabilitation cases valuable but not a must. Also, some experience and knowledge of implants is helpful but willing to train.
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments, materials, and equipment
  • Record patient histories, take X-rays, and chart findings
  • Provide chairside support, ensuring patient comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with clinical team members in treatment planning and patient education

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3+ years of dental assisting experience
  • Proficiency in chairside assisting for complex restorative and surgical procedures
  • Strong knowledge of dental instruments, infection control protocols, and radiography
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care
