Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality preventive and therapeutic dental services
• Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and treatment plans
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold compliance standards
• Willing to learn and with the passion to teach others

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in a dental setting
• Active dental assistant license
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
• Eagerness to engage in ongoing training and professional growth

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
• Flexible scheduling within these days to meet patient needs
• Soon to open on Wednesday

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay range: 23 - 30 per hour
• Dental Insurance
• Eligibility for medical, vision, 401(k), and paid holidays after meeting production targets for two consecutive months
