Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, allowing you to choose between 4 or 5 working days per week. As a licensed Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dental care and education to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with dentists in diagnosing patients' oral health conditions.
  • Educate patients about oral health and provide personal oral hygiene instructions.
  • Perform preventive and non-surgical periodontal treatments.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools such as intra-oral radiographs, panoramic radiographs/CBCT, and intra-oral digital scanning for 3D models.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical record systems for charting and clinical notes.
  • Manage a patient load of 9-11 patients per day with staggered appointment blocks, assisted by a dedicated dental assistant for setup, digital x-rays, pano, CBCT, iTero scanning, and chair turnover.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time: Choose between 4 or 5 days per week
  • Part-time positions available
  • Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation: $65 per hour with the possibility of a production bonus or daily base rate plus commission, whichever is higher.
  • Paid Time Off: Includes 6 paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day) along with additional earned PTO.

Qualifications

  • Valid license as a Dental Hygienist.
