About the Role

We’re excited to welcome a Dental Hygienist to our fee-for-service practice in Princeton. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate eager to grow in a supportive, hands-on environment—or for a seasoned RDH looking to bring their skills and experience to our team. Each patient is scheduled for a full hour, giving you the time to provide thorough, high-quality care without feeling rushed.

Right now, we’re seeking coverage on Mondays (8–4) and Wednesdays (7–5), with the option to add an additional day if needed.

What You’ll Do

• Provide patient care including X-rays, SRPs, and routine cleanings
• Maintain and prepare operatories (setup and breakdown)
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care in line with standard RDH responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• A team-oriented hygienist who is personable, reliable, and patient-focused
• Anesthesia license is a plus, but not required
• Open to both seasoned hygienists and recent graduates excited to learn

Compensation & Benefits

• $$50–$55 per hour, 2 days per week (with flexibility to add more)
