Position Overview

We are a growth-oriented dental practice seeking a skilled Dental Assistant with 1+ years of experience and Maryland DANB X-ray Certification. Join our collaborative team committed to professional growth and quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate X-ray imaging and process digital impressions
• Carry out sterilization and infection control protocols
• Coordinate patient care, ensuring a positive and efficient experience
• Provide comprehensive chairside support for the dentist
• Cross-train in front desk duties (training provided)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience
• DANB X-ray Certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and quality care
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)

Schedule & Compensation

• Workdays: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
  • Mon: 10 AM - 7 PM
  • Tue + Thurs: 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Fri: 9 AM - 3 PM
  • Sat: 9 AM - 3 PM
• Competitive hourly pay:
  • 19/hr - 21/hr for 1 year of experience candidates
  • 21 /hr- 24/hr for candidates with 2+ years of experience
