Key Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans to patients in a clear and understandable manner.
• Review and discuss dental insurance benefits, providing estimates for out-of-pocket costs.
• Confidently guide patients towards accepting recommended treatments and assist in scheduling their care.
• Collaborate with clinical and front office teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and financial transactions.

Qualifications
