Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist with a strong focus on customer service to join our clinical team. This role is essential in upholding our mission by contributing skills and expertise to deliver high-quality service. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients
• Support team members in creating a world-class dental care experience
• Maintain schedules for hygiene and doctor appointments
• Manage accounts receivables
• Present treatment plans effectively to patients
• Demonstrate knowledge of insurance processes (preferred)
• Participate in community outreach events
• Uphold the practice's values through daily actions and intentions

Qualifications:

• Strong motivation and desire to learn within the dental field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Willingness to be trained for candidates without dental experience
