Position Summary:

We are seeking a warm, detail-oriented dental assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a calm, organized setting and takes pride in providing high-quality, hands-on care. You will play an integral role in ensuring our patients receive the best possible experience during their visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and patient-ready treatment area
• Take digital x-rays, impressions, scans, and photos as needed
• Ensure patients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for throughout their visit
• Support clinical efficiency and teamwork within the practice

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed RDA or DA with X-ray certification in CA
• Minimum of 1 year of experience or strong externship training
• Strong ability to connect with patients and create positive experiences
• Highly organized, proactive, and confident working within a small team
• Comfortable using modern dental technology such as scanners and digital charts

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time position with flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance
• Competitive pay 22/hr - 28/hr, based on experience
