Overview Join our private cosmetic dental practice in Westlake Hills as an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). Role and Responsibilities As an essential partner to the doctor, you will ensure each appointment runs smoothly and comfortably with complete attention to detail. Your ability to stay several steps ahead and bring a steady, reassuring presence to every patient interaction will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Current Texas RDA license
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in dental assisting, with a preference for cosmetic/fee-for-service experience
• Highly skilled in digital workflows and CEREC technology
• Calm, detail-oriented, and focused on patient care
• Reliable, proactive, and committed to excellence

Key Skills

• Excellence in chairside assistance during cosmetic and restorative procedures
• Mastery of infection control and adherence to OSHA standards
• Proficiency with dental technology including digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and CEREC/3D scanners
• Accurate recordkeeping in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Initiative in anticipating needs, managing supplies, and supporting smooth operations

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 per year
• Signing bonus of $1,000

Work Schedule Enjoy a Monday–Thursday schedule from 6:45 AM to 4:15 PM, allowing for long weekends every week.
