Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and check in/out patients
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage patient insurance verifications and billing inquiries
• Handle phone inquiries, emails, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix (experience a plus!)
• Coordinate treatment plans and payment processing

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of dental receptionist or relevant front desk experience
• Proficiency with Dentrix software is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive, growth mindset

Compensation & Benefits
