Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our expanding practice in the heart of West Seattle, led by Dr. Christy Kirchner. Our newly remodeled office offers a modern and supportive work environment where you can advance your dental career as part of a warm, collaborative, and high-performing team.

Compensation Pay for this position ranges from 30.00 to 35.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. The ability to juggle multiple tasks and care for anxious patients with flexibility and enthusiasm is essential.

Essential qualifications include:

• Experience assisting with crowns and implants
• Confidence in managing a steady schedule
• A desire to learn, grow, and contribute positively to our team culture
• Familiarity with Dentrix software

Additional qualifications that will be considered favorably:

• Experience with Invisalign

Schedule This is a full-time position with patient hours from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
