Join our growth-oriented dental practice as a Dental Receptionist, where you'll leverage state-of-the-art technology and deliver exceptional patient experiences in a supportive, work-life balanced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and check in patients
• Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle data entry
• Coordinate insurance verification and patient billing inquiries
• Answer multi-line phones and address patient questions with professionalism
• Support front-office operations and uphold a smooth patient flow -Treatment Planning Clearly explain treatment options and discuss financing options with patients to help them confidently navigate their dental care journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of dental reception or front-desk experience
• Proficiency with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Friendly, patient-focused attitude and the ability to multitask

We offer a flexible schedule to promote a healthy work-life balance:

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with every other Monday off) Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (with every other Friday off)
