About the Role

A patient-centered, collaborative dental practice is seeking a dynamic Dental Receptionist to join our front office team. As the Director of First Impressions, you'll ensure a smooth patient experience and build lasting relationships.

Schedule

• Tuesday – Friday (Full-time), 9:00 AM to 6:00PM

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet patients, answer phones, and manage patient communications
• Become an expert on services we offer and look for opportunities to articulate how our practice is different and how we provide exceptional value to new and existing patients
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for optimal patient flow -Make reactivation and recare calls to existing patients.
• Maintain accurate patient accounts and support collections
• Assist with follow-ups, inquiries, and front office support
• Contribute to patient-centered, team-oriented care

• Upon mastering the role of Director of First Impressions and Patient Care Coordinator, you can pursue the opportunity and train to become a Treatment Coordinator explaining high-end dental services and complex treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks
• Proactive in problem solving and solution oriented approach
• Adept with digital systems and electronic health records.
• Early-career or experienced candidate with strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with social media platforms and basic marketing.
• Customer service or front office experience and dental or healthcare background is required
• Self-motivated, professional, and eager to learn and grow

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay range: $24 - $28 per hour
