About the Role

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Verify dental insurance coverage and process patient information
• Assist in coordinating treatment plans and financial arrangements
• Maintain organized patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and clinical staff to optimize patient flow
• Uphold a clean and welcoming front office environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a dental coordinator
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with dental practice management software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Availability to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
