Key Responsibilities

• Understanding of insurance claims and adjustments
• Perform insurance verification, coordination, and preauthorization
• Manage billing processes and handle patient inquiries regarding statements
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care and workflow

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in General Dental front office in a busy practice
• Strong knowledge of insurance billing, verification, and preauthorization protocols
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Dentrix software
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
