Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with orthodontic experience to join our fast-paced and friendly dental practice. The ideal candidate is a dependable, team-oriented individual who excels in a dynamic environment and is committed to providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays).
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures.
• Teach patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health.
• Perform various office tasks as requested by the office manager and dentist.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant, with specific experience in orthodontics.
• Strong understanding of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A dependable and collaborative team player.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.

Compensation and Schedule

• Position: Full-time or Part-time available
• Salary: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience.
