Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and manage front-desk operations (phone, email, scheduling)
• Verify insurance coverage and prepare patient records
• Present treatment recommendations, explain procedures, and address patient questions
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and process billing information
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in dental reception or treatment coordination
• Proven success planning and presenting treatment plans of $10,000 or more
• Strong communication and sales skills with a patient-focused mindset
• Proficiency with practice management software and Microsoft Office
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
