Key Responsibilities

• Manage the check-out process, including verifying ledgers and collecting on balances owed
• Utilize Dentrix to schedule appointments, update patient records, and verify insurance benefits
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting patients with a warm, professional attitude
• Process payments accurately and maintain detailed financial records
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experiences

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a dental receptionist or front-desk coordinator
• Proficient in Dentrix software and familiar with dental billing procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and friendly demeanor
• Availability to work Monday through Thursday
