About the Role

We’re a growth-oriented dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist (3+ years) to join our friendly, positive team. This part-time position offers a consistent Tuesday and Thursday schedule, allowing you to maintain an excellent work-life balance while contributing to patient care and practice success.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
• Diagnose and perform therapeutic scaling & root planing when indicated
• Take and evaluate radiographs to support accurate diagnoses
• Conduct oral health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Educate patients on effective home care and preventive practices
• Administer preventative treatments (sealants, fluoride)
• Collaborate with dentists and team members to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Valid license as a Dental Hygienist with 3+ years of clinical experience
• Certification in Local Anesthesia (required)
• Certification in Nitrous Oxide Monitoring (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills
• Commitment to a positive, team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits
