We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Dental Assistant to support our dentists and provide exceptional care to our patients in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive chairside assistance to dentists utilizing advanced dental technology.
• Schedule is M-F
• Ensure patient comfort and deliver a safe, welcoming experience for all families.
• Perform dental radiography (x-rays) as prescribed by the dentist.
• Meticulously sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment to the highest standards.
• Manage and organize dental supplies to ensure our clinics are always prepared.
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene, including proper brushing and flossing techniques.
• Travel between our 15+ clinic locations as needed to support our dedicated teams.

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
• A minimum of two (2) years of professional dental assisting experience.
• Current Radiology Certification.
• Active CPR/BLS Certification.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred:

• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is a significant plus.
