Certified Dental Assistant

The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities, excellent patient communication skills, and the capacity to work independently while supporting team objectives.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring comfort and answering questions.
• Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments, materials, and treatment rooms.
• Assist the dentists during all procedures.
• Knowledge of Dexis, iTero, and Cerec scans, acquisitions ensuring proper isolation and capturing clear margins.
• Take digital x-rays, impressions, and intraoral photographs as directed.
• Document patient information in Dentrix.
• Provide post-operative instructions and reinforce oral hygiene education.
• Support infection control protocols and OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient daily flow and quality patient care.

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:15 AM to 3:00 PM
Salary: TBD — EFDA salary range is typically $30.00–$35.00/hour, based on experience.
