Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and diagnose dental conditions
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Perform restorative and preventive procedures (fillings, crowns, root canals, cleanings)
• Educate patients on oral health and hygiene best practices
• Maintain clear and accurate patient records
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure seamless patient experiences

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
• Active state dental license with 3+ years of practice experience
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to a patient-focused approach and team collaboration
