Are you a skilled OMS Assistant with 3+ years of experience seeking a supportive, team-oriented environment? We’re looking for a dedicated professional to work Monday through Friday, helping our oral and maxillofacial surgeons deliver top-tier patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms
• Assist surgeons during complex oral and maxillofacial procedures
• Manage patient records, imaging, and pre-/post-operative documentation
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards
• Educate patients on pre-operative instructions and post-operative care
• Collaborate with the dental team to maintain a smooth, efficient workflow

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of OMS assisting experience
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization techniques, and safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-driven setting
• Certification or training in dental assisting (preferred) and CPR

Compensation
