About the Role

Join our high-end, fee-for-service multispecialty dental practice as an Expanded Duties Assistant. You’ll collaborate with specialists in general dentistry, esthetics, periodontics, oral surgery, and endodontics to deliver exceptional patient care in a friendly, patient-centered environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for restorative, cosmetic, periodontal, oral surgery, and endodontic procedures
• Assist dentists and specialists chairside with expanded duties tasks
• Manage infection control protocols and sterilization processes
• Provide patient comfort and education before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Support scheduling, communication, and cross-training efforts as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant or Expanded Duties Assistant in restorative, cosmetic, periodontal, oral surgery, and endodontic settings
• Expanded Duties certification or equivalent credential
• Strong understanding of dental instruments, materials, and infection control standards
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding patient experiences

Schedule & Environment

• Part-time schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays, with flexible additional days
• 1-hour lunch break

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay: $25 – $32 per hour (based on experience)
