The Role:

The Dental Treatment Coordinator is a vital role in our practice. You will be responsible for conducting face-to-face treatment presentations, helping patients understand their dental options, and scheduling their treatment. You will possess confidence, emotional intelligence, and a strong work ethic to help patients get the care they need and to help our team reach its goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with patients to present and explain treatment plans.
• Assist patients in understanding their dental treatment options and financial responsibilities.
• Schedule patient appointments for necessary dental treatments.
• Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment to answer questions and offer assistance.
• Work collaboratively with the team to help reach daily, monthly, and quarterly goals.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in dental front office operations and as a treatment coordinator (this is not an entry-level position).
• Comfortable and confident communicating with patients both in person and on the phone.
• Exceptional at helping patients understand the value of their recommended treatment.
• High integrity, a strong work ethic, and a positive team-player attitude.
• Experience with implant and orthodontic treatment presentation is a plus.
