Position Overview

Shea Dental is seeking a dedicated General Dental Assistant with 1+ years of experience to join our private, family-oriented practice. Enjoy a team-oriented, patient-centered environment with a healthy work-life balance supported by a Monday through Thursday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Take digital and traditional impressions
• Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
• Fabricate and adjust temporary crowns
• Capture and develop dental X-rays
• Perform sterilization and infection control duties
• Assist with composite and amalgam restorations
• Coordinate patient care and ensure a comfortable experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience
• DANB X-ray Certification required
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Passion for delivering patient-centered care

Compensation

Salary: $37,000 - $45,000 per year
