What You’ll Do

• Greet patients, answer phones, and manage appointment scheduling with a positive attitude
• Verify insurance eligibility, process patient paperwork, and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate daily patient flow and ensure a smooth, efficient experience
• Assist with billing inquiries, co-pay collection, and accurate posting of payments
• Support clinical staff by coordinating communications

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental office setting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with practice management software and MS Office
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a patient-centered mindset and a positive attitude

Schedule & Compensation

• Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (flexible scheduling available) 8 hour shifts , 5 days a week , 1 Saturday a month
• Hourly pay range: 25 – 27 per hour
• Bonus plan and stipend toward monthly health premium
