Compensation and Benefits

• $700–$900 daily guarantee
• 30%–34% tiered compensation structure
• Annual earning potential of $210,000–$300,000+ depending on production

• Associates carry their own malpractice insurance

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Predictable full-time schedule with strong work-life balance

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered dental care
• Conduct comprehensive exams and develop tailored treatment plans
• Perform restorative and preventive procedures (fillings, crowns, root canals, etc.)
• Educate patients on long-term oral health
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless care

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program
• 3+ years of clinical experience
• Active state dental license
• A compassionate, patient-focused clinician
• A natural leader who thrives in a collaborative, team-first environment
