We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills and 3+ years of dental reception experience.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and check in/out patients with a positive, welcoming attitude
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Schedule new and existing patient appointments accurately
• Call and confirm patient appointments
• Collect co-pays and process payments seamlessly
• Verify dental insurance benefits and coverage
• Discuss basic treatment plans and financial options confidently
• Utilize Dentrix software (a plus) to manage patient records and appointment flow

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of dental receptionist experience
• Proficiency with appointment scheduling and insurance verification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Team player with a positive, friendly demeanor
• Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental management software is preferred

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly pay range: $16 - $25 per hour (based on experience)
• Full-time, 8-hour shifts
• Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (7:30 AM–4:30 PM)
• Every other Friday: 7:30 AM–12:00 PM
