Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Compensation: $25 – $28 per hour (DOE)

Position Summary

We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of clinical experience who is comfortable handling advanced chairside duties with precision and care. You will work alongside the doctor to ensure our patients receive top-tier restorative and preventative care.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Chairside Assisting: Assist the doctor during exams and restorative procedures with efficient instrument exchange and patient care.
• Clinical Procedures: Take high-quality Alginate and PVS impressions, fabricate temporary crowns, and pack retraction cord.
• Sterilization: Manage instrument sterilization and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment.
• Technology: Utilize Dentrix for charting and patient records.
• Imaging: Capture clear and accurate dental x-rays.
• Scanning (Preferred): Experience with iTero scanning is a major plus!

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of dental assisting experience required.
• Certifications: Current X-ray certification is mandatory.
• Software: Proficiency with Dentrix practice management software.
• Skills: Strong clinical skills, including temporization and cord packing.
