About Us

We are a well-established, modern, private, "adult-only" practice located in Goodyear, AZ. Our team is dedicated to providing thousands of people with great oral health and beautiful smiles in a calm, friendly, and stress-free atmosphere. We have a wonderful group of loyal patients, and we truly have fun together. We are a fee-for-service practice (2/3) and do not accept PPOs/HMOs, which allows us to run a smooth and predictable schedule.

Schedule & Compensation

• Work Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day work week! We work approximately 35 hours per week, Tuesday through Friday. We are not early birds and prefer to stay a bit later in the evenings, so there are no morning hours.
• Compensation: We pay well and value your expertise.
• Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a health insurance group plan, a retirement plan, vacation days, and sick days.

Responsibilities

• Perform all normal duties of a Registered Dental Hygienist.
• Assist in all aspects of comprehensive and esthetic dentistry for adults (mainly 55 and over).
• Support advanced treatments such as dental implants, clear aligner therapy, extractions, full-mouth rehabilitation, TMD treatments, and laser soft tissue treatments.
• Serve our patients and community with a focus on providing exceptional care and building relationships.
• Be a strong team player with great communication skills, caring, empathy, and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• An experienced Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
• A strong work ethic, a great sense of humor, and a positive attitude are essential.
• Must be coachable, dependable, punctual, and eager for life-long learning and improvement.
• We are looking for someone cool, happy, outgoing, and fun who loves modern dentistry and what it can do for people. If your clinical skills aren't perfect yet, but you have a fantastic personality, we encourage you to apply! We can teach you the rest.
