Dental Assistant

Join our growing, privately owned dental practice as an experienced and dependable Dental Assistant. We are seeking a passionate professional dedicated to exceptional patient care, collaborative teamwork, and contributing to practice growth.

• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Every Other Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• No weekends

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of prior dental assisting experience (required)
• Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented
• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions, work autonomously, and proactively assist clinical and administrative teams.
• Willingness to be cross-trained and proficient in limited front office duties, including scheduling and patient record management.
• Strong communication and computer skills
• A positive, team-player attitude

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for treatment
• Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures, including restorative, crown and bridge, and extractions.
• Educate patients on treatment and oral health
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked operatories
• Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols
• Assist with scheduling, patient records management, and front office tasks as needed, utilizing dental practice management software.

Compensation
