Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Collect co-payments at check in
• Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and cancellations
• Verify AHCCCS coverage
• Maintain accurate patient records and digital filing systems
• Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
• Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely manner

Qualifications

• New graduate with a certificate, diploma, or degree in dental assisting, healthcare administration, or related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and patient-centered approach
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and eager to learn practice management software
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment
