Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our friendly practice. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality preventive dental care, foster patient relationships, and collaborate with our team to create individualized treatment plans. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $65–$75, a supportive culture, and outstanding benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Conduct thorough oral health assessments and radiographs
• Deliver preventative treatments (sealants, fluoride)
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, biofilm management, and home care
• Assist with treatment planning and patient follow-up

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical dental hygiene experience
• Local Anesthesia certification (required)
• Nitrous Oxide Monitoring certification (preferred)
• Strong periodontal knowledge and biofilm management skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, possibility to add in a half day Thursday.
