Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Orthodontic Assistant with 3+ years of experience who is flexible, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care across multiple offices. This role suits a team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and enjoys variety.

Schedule & Travel

• Full-time (40+ hours/week), Monday–Friday
• Regular travel between assigned orthodontic offices (reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with banding and bracketing procedures
• Change archwires and place separators
• Take orthodontic records and polish teeth for bonding
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
• Accurately chart and update patient records
• Ensure smooth patient flow and clinic efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Orthodontic Assistant
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-focused skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Professional, positive, and friendly demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• X-ray certification
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
