National Dental | The Bronx is looking for a General Dentist to join our high-performing, supportive Bronx team. This practice is a mix of PPO/FFS/Medicaid and production could exceed $1.5MM if you do extractions.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a skilled General Dentist with 6+ years of experience to deliver comprehensive dental care and lead a high-performing clinical team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide restorative dentistry, endodontics, extractions, and optional implant placement
• Develop and present patient-focused treatment plans
• Lead and mentor a seasoned clinical support team
• Ensure continuity of care and refer only when clinically necessary
• Participate in continuing education and mentorship programs

Qualifications

• Active dental license
• Minimum of 6 years’ general dentistry experience
• Strong foundation in restorative, surgical, and periodontal procedures
• Interest or experience in implantology is a plus
• Professional, team-oriented, and patient-first mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• 30% of net collections with no lab fee deductions
• $300,000–$500,000+ annual earning potential (based on $1.5M production)
• Daily guarantee of $800–$1,000 during ramp-up
