About the Position

We are seeking an Experienced Dental Receptionist with a minimum of 3 years of dental front-desk experience to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients upon arrival
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• Verify and update patient records, insurance, and billing information
• Handle patient inquiries and address concerns with a patient-centered approach
• Process payments and handle daily cash reconciliation
• Maintain organized and confidential patient files

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Friendly, positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
• Availability to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
