What You’ll Do

• Serve as Treatment Coordinator: present, explain, and sell treatment plans to patients
• Handle patient communications via Practice Web and Doctible texting system
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to optimize patient experience
• Are you comfortable to speak with patients with their finances?
• Are you willing to go into detail with all treatment plans?

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of dental treatment coordinator
• Proven success selling dental treatment plans and coordinating care
• Proficiency with Practice Web and Doctible or similar dental software
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who fosters a positive, patient-first atmosphere
