Key Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols
• Assist dentist chairside with expanded duties such as placement and removal of dental materials, bonding, and polishing
• Expose, process, and evaluate dental radiographs
• Take accurate impressions and fabricate provisional restorations
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-operative care
• Maintain detailed patient records and uphold confidentiality

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience with expanded duties certification
• Proficiency in digital radiography and dental software systems
• Strong communication skills and patient-focused demeanor
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

Schedule

• Four-day work week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Consistent hours to maintain work–life balance
