Are you an experienced Dental Receptionist with a passion for creating a friendly, patient-centered environment? We’re seeking a dedicated professional to support our busy practice, ensuring every patient feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a warm, positive attitude and manage check-in/check-out processes
• Answer and triage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries
• Verify insurance information and process co-payments accurately
• Maintain organized patient records and ensure data privacy compliance
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize patient flow -Treatment Planning patients to present care options and insurance quotes

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of front-desk experience in a dental or medical office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with practice management software and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset and a commitment to outstanding patient care

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday through Saturday coverage
• Competitive hourly pay: 15 – 21 per hour, based on experience
