About the Role

Join our team-oriented, patient-centered dental practice as an experienced Dental Assistant. You’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and ensuring a smooth, efficient chairside experience for every patient while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during composite and other restorative procedures
• Take digital and traditional impressions
• Fabricate temporary crowns with precision and care
• Perform dental X-rays (DANB X-ray Certification required)
• Coordinate patient care, appointments, and follow-up communication
• Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a dental assistant
• DANB X-ray Certification (required)
• Strong knowledge of dental materials, instruments, and procedures
• Excellent patient communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $46,000 – $47,000 per year
