Lead Dental Assistant – Full Time Scottsdale, AZ

We are a fast-paced, growing dental practice seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Dental Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a strong clinical assistant who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and delivering excellent patient care.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Thursday

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience
• Valid Radiology Certification
• Registered Dental assistant preferred but not required as long as you have the experience
• Experience with Eaglesoft preferred
• iTero scanning and Invisalign experience a plus
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Reliable (please live close to Scottsdale area)

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting and clinical support (Invisalign, same-day crowns, fillings, Rct’s)
• Lead and support back-office team
• Keep track of inventory and ordering needed supplies
• Maintain all maintenance required
• Manage back-office staff (2 assistants with 1 floater)
• Maintain clinical efficiency and standards of care
• Provide excellent patient experience
